“Tribute to Emily Remler“

Emily was an extremely talented guitarist from New Jersey, who played alongside jazz icons such as Larry Coryell, John Scofield, Astrud Gilberto, John Abercormbie etc.It was 80s when her career started really taking off and finished her passing away.

Czech guitarist Peter Moc paid tribute to Emily in 2015 by playing guitar duets with legendary guitarist Larry Coryell from the album “Together” by Emily R. and Larry C.. This year, Peter is putting together quintet with Larry Coryell, Peter M., Klara Janu(violin),Andrew Csibi(bass) and Kevin Brady(drums). Irish audience in Cork can be looking forward to hearing swung and latin compositions by Emily Remler.
