Neo-Soul Collective is a band featuring four female vocalists fronted by: Kate O’ Connor, Aislinn Hegarty, Keelin McGinn and Christiana Underwood. Formed by the brain from Spain, Carlos Tello.

While studying in the Popular Music Degree in CIT Cork School of Music (CSM), Tello needed to form an ensemble for his Specialised Pop Performance. The band comprised of current and former students, from CSM and Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa (CSN) and BIMM Dublin, focused solely on Neo-Soul/Soul Music. After the success of this gig, the band decided to not only form for an encore performance in May but to join forces once again for the Soul In The City.

The rhythm section features: Mattie Barker on guitar, Ray Murphy on Bass, Emily Naughton Scully on keys and of course Carlos Tello on drums. Collectively each performer has played a variety of Irish and International Music and Arts festivals with their music has achieving radio-play both at home and on the world circuit.
